Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT-NM or NMTCB)
  • Credentialed as a PET Technologist or strong clinical experience in PET imaging
  • State licensure in good standing, if required
  • Advanced knowledge of imaging equipment, radiation safety, and quality assurance procedures
  • Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
  • BLS certification (preferably current)
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting as a Nuclear Medicine or PET Technologist

Schedule:

  • Contract position; schedule details discussed during interview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing nuclear medicine and PET technology
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety protocols
  • Deliver compassionate care while explaining procedures and addressing patient questions
  • Monitor imaging equipment for accuracy and maintain operation logs
  • Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to interpret and communicate scan results efficiently
  • Adhere to all organizational and regulatory standards for safety and infection control
