Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities

<li>Orders, prepares, and inspects titanium hot form dies and tools for titanium parts production.</li>
<li>Receives, cleans, inspects, treats titanium parts for hot form/SPF procedures up to of 1750 deg F.</li>
<li>Sets up, calibrates and operates a variety of machines such as Hot Form/SPF Presses, ovens, Hydro presses and Brake Presses to manufacture titanium parts to exacting tolerances and dimensions.</li>
<li>Reads and interprets blueprints and sketches or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of forming titanium products.</li>
<li>Plans. Lays out, forms, and repairs titanium parts and products.</li>
<li>Controls operation of production machines in accordance with establishes procedures and guidelines for the process of manufacturing titanium sheet metal products.</li>
<li>Adjusts machine setting to complete tasks according to specification, accurately and in a timely fashion.</li>
<li>Works in extreme temperatures and handling hot parts in and around machines.</li>
<li>Monitors and verifies part(s) quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures while still hot using a variety of check fixtures and tools.</li>
<li>Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures.</li>

Responsibilities

Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Assist with configuring complex suite of legacy and modernized telemetry equipment (data processing, display, recording, distribution) used for Eastern Range launch operations</li>
<li>Assist with developing and maintaining scripts for automating operational routines </li>
<li>Operate telemetry equipment during real-time launch operations, and assist with Post-Launch Operations by performing data reduction of post-test data products for launch customers and system performance analysis </li>
<li>Assist with developing and maintaining checklists and procedures necessary to ensure nominal and consistent system performance during operations</li>
<li>Assist with systematic troubleshooting of system problems, corrective action, and operational re-verification</li>
<li>Assist with analyzing, logging, tracking and resolving complex anomalies (i.e., software, hardware, network) pertaining to system performance; recommend and implement approved courses of action</li>
<li>Continually monitor system performance and reliability</li>
<li>Obtain qualification and maintain proficiency on assigned training packages</li>
<li>Provide technical support to engineering projects that modify the Launch Test Range System (LTRS) operational baseline</li>
<li>Assist Cyber Security personnel with Information Assurance assessments as required</li>
<li>Complete assigned training </li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
