Workforce Representative Sr. – Remote Opportunity
Location: 100% Remote - Plymouth, MN preferred (must work Mountain Time hours)
Type: Contract-to-Hire (1-year)
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour (W-2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM MT

About the Role:

We're hiring a Workforce Representative Sr. to support a growing provider contact center team. This role is fully remote, but candidates must be comfortable working Mountain Time hours. You’ll join a collaborative, data-driven environment where your workforce planning and forecasting expertise will make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast, plan, and schedule staffing needs using NICE CXone WFM tools

  • Monitor workforce metrics and generate staffing and performance reports

  • Analyze trends to optimize resource allocation

  • Collaborate with team leads to make data-backed staffing recommendations

  • Identify and resolve workforce-related issues proactively

  • Contribute to continuous improvement through reporting insights

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in workforce management (WFM) roles

  • Strong experience with NICE CXone WFM platform

  • Solid background in staff scheduling and forecasting

  • Proficiency in data reporting and analysis

  • Strong problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindset

  • High accountability and ownership of tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of CXone platform functionality

  • Experience in a healthcare-related or contact center environment

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative virtual teams

Additional Details:

  • Team Size: ~45 total (1 manager, 2 supervisors, 2 unit leads, 40+ agents)

  • Interview Process: 1 round via video interview

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Education Required: High School Diploma or GED
