JOB SUMMARY: 
The Paralegal provides legal, administrative, and programmatic support to the legal and compliance team. This role is integral in supporting corporate transactions, contract management, and compliance functions while working collaboratively across all levels of the organization. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the guidance of the EVPGC, the Paralegal: 
Contract Management:

<li>Manages contract lifecycle, including preparation, review, revision, and execution of contracts, ensuring necessary internal approvals and coordination with relevant parties.</li>
<li>Develops and implements policies and procedures for contract management, including staff training on compliance requirements.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Minimum of four (4) years of corporate, real estate, or commercial transactional paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.</li>
<li>At least four (4) years of experience in contract lifecycle management and at least two (2) years in corporate entity management.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local housing, tax incentives, economic development programs, nonprofits, or financial institutions is a plus.</li>

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Bankruptcy Specialist for the Peachtree Corners, GA office. The Bankruptcy Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the Bankruptcy Department and Attorneys by processing bankruptcy case files including: drafting of legal documents such as proof of claims, motions for relief from stay, objections, and claim maintenance filings.
Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills:

<li>Process files in case management and client systems</li>
<li>Draft filing for proof of claim, reaffirmation agreements and motions of relief for attorney review</li>
<li>Request files from clients and other departments as needed</li>
<li>PACER and e-filing experience is required</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Professionally communicate with clients and co-workers</li>
<li>Work both independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Provide exceptional internal and external customer service</li>
<li>Any other clerical tasks as needed</li>

Experience:

<li>Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in lender bankruptcy processing or other processing related work in the legal field.</li>
<li>Experience and understanding of the various client systems such as a360 Case Aware, Black Knight, and Tempo is preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office products including Outlook and Teams</li>
<li>High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines</li>
<li>Experience with SCRA and other electronic databases a plus</li>

Key Responsibilities:
