Title:Counsel

Who You Are:

<li>3+ years of experience representing clients in design professional and/or construction litigation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.</li>
<li>Must be admitted to practice law&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with written discovery and motion practice.</li>
<li>Capable of independent work.</li>
<li>Work in an organized and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Superior research and writing skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze complex matters.</li>

What You Will Be Doing?
<ul>
<li>Assist partners with an active litigation caseload, from inception to trial.</li>
<li>Interface with clients and insurance professionals.</li>
<li>Assist with preparing witnesses for deposition and trial.</li>
<li>Retain and work with expert witnesses.</li>
<li>Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.</li>
<li>Research legal issues and prepare memoranda.</li>
<li>Draft motions and oppositions and argue same at hearings.</li>
<li>Assist with negotiating settlements and at mediation.</li>
<li>Assist with evaluating liability and damages issues and prepare exposure evaluations.</li>
<li>Trial preparation and support.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely time records.</li>
