The Registered Behavior Technician will work directly with children and families by implementing individualized ABA programs and providing hands-on behavioral support. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with some flexibility available to accommodate personal availability. Hourly pay ranges from $22 to $28 based on experience and qualifications, and bilingual candidates who are fluent in Spanish may qualify for higher compensation.
In this role, the Behavior Technician will assist children in developing key skills related to communication, social interaction, and daily living routines.
