Qualifications and Skills

<li>Expertise in Primavera P6 with demonstrated proficiency in building and analyzing Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction scheduling, with a strong track record in CPM methodologies.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Deep understanding of federal government and general contractor construction processes, including contracts, design documents, and specifications.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting vertical construction, utility, and infrastructure projects.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with large-scale and complex scheduling environments, including development and assessment of Integrated Master Schedules and detailed analysis of TIAs and COs.</li>

<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree required in construction management, engineering, or a related field.</li>

<li>Develop and manage complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), including look-ahead planning and “what-if” scenario modeling.</li>

<li>Evaluate construction schedules for compliance, performance, and risk, including thorough assessments of Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and Change Orders (CO).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to align scopes of work across concurrent projects.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Deliver timely and insightful reporting by synthesizing data from various sources and communicating scheduling impacts across program stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Participate proactively in project lifecycle activities—such as design reviews, procurement strategy sessions, and coordination meetings—to maintain a deep understanding of project and program dynamics.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
