Full-Time or PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Fabulous team and building!! This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment while helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Support patients in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL).

Apply treatment techniques and adaptive strategies to maximize patient safety and independence.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive equipment and techniques.

Monitor, document, and report patient progress toward treatment goals.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Current Pennsylvania COTA license (or eligibility required).

Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
