Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of our sales division, ensuring clear communication and consistent goal alignment.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales staff, fostering a supportive and energetic work environment.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to develop actionable strategies that expand our client base.
Collaborate with underwriting and service teams to ensure our clients receive seamless, high-quality support.
Represent The Atlantic District at local networking events and professional gatherings to build our community presence.
Monitor performance data and provide constructive feedback to help every member of the team reach their full potential.
Requirements
Current Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Five or more years of leadership experience within an insurance sales environment.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding organizational sales goals.
Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and data-driven performance tracking.
Deep understanding of the Reading, PA market dynamics and local business landscape.
Strong track record of mentoring and coaching sales professionals to success.
