We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. Berks Water Technology is a RainSoft dealership servicing customers in Berks County and surrounding areas. You will need to have experience in water treatment equipment as you will be servicing and installing RainSoft water treatment equipment. Sales will also be a part of your job with upgrades along with new sales calls.

Duties would include:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on all types of water treatment equipment such as water conditioners, drinking systems, ultra violet systems, acid neutralizers and carbon systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues when systems malfunction.
• Write up work orders and keep track on inventory
• Customer service orientated with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to our customers.
• Analysis skills to identify root cause of equipment failures and implement effective solutions promptly.
• We valve proactive problem solvers who can work independently to serve our customers to keep their equipment running smoothly
