Job DescriptionTired of working for a franchise? Let's chat. We are currently looking for a responsible, experienced, water and fire damage lead technician. We're a family owned operation that is looking to add to our team of amazing individuals. Our goal is to provide our customers with a great restoration experience in a very hard time.
The candidate is required to:
-Must have drivers license
-Work Mon-Friday 8-430 (Call offs highly discouraged)
-Possible weekend and after hours that will be mandatory
-Have great customer service
-Have their own tools
-Communicate all job progress to the building owner and direct supervisor
-Manage crew members efficiently
-Sketch property
-Write full mitigation estimate
-Learn different techniques using coworkers knowledge
-Be well organized
-Have a calming presence in times of distress
-Photo document all aspects of a loss
-Communicate with insurance agents and adjusters
