What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring aluminum fencing products are produced, inspected, packed, and shipped to meet customer expectations.
Production & Packaging
- Remove aluminum fencing products from extrusion and coating lines safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and identify any defects or damage
- Match products to customer orders and specifications
- Package and prepare products for shipment according to customer requirements
- Secure materials on skids and apply protective packaging to prevent shipping damage
- Accurately count and verify products before shipment
Assembly & Material Handling
- Perform light assembly work as needed
- Operate hand jacks to safely move materials throughout the facility
- Load, unload, and transport push carts between production areas
- Assist multiple departments as needed to support production goals
Inventory & Documentation
- Enter and remove inventory accurately using paper and computer systems
- Maintain production and inventory records
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic material-handling equipment
- Ability to read and follow order specifications
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with packing, loading, or shipping operations
- Experience operating hand jacks or moving skids
- Manufacturing experience involving metal, aluminum, railings, or fencing products
- Willingness to cross-train in multiple areas of production
Work Environment
You'll work in a modern, clean, and well-organized manufacturing facility producing high-quality aluminum railing and fencing products for residential and commercial customers. The environment is fast-paced but supportive, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on position where you'll stay active throughout the day while gaining valuable manufacturing skills that can lead to future advancement opportunities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.
