We are a small company looking for employees who share our company’s values and enjoy physical activities! Our vision is to provide high quality tree services while maintaining safety as a priority. As a Ground Worker/Driver/Arborist, you will work closely with a small team to support tree maintenance operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform tree maintenance tasks including pruning, trimming, and removal
- Operate vehicles and tree service machinery safely and effectively
- Handle equipment and tools required for tree care activities
- Remove debris from work sites to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Collaborate with a small team of 3-5 members to achieve project goals
- Report directly to the supervisor and follow guidance on daily tasks
- Travel mostly locally to various job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in tree services
- Valid driver's license; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Experience operating tree service machinery and driving heavy vehicles
- Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor work
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to pursue certification training and career advancement opportunities
