Responsibilities
Summary
Installs, services, and removes electronic monitoring (EM) equipment from client residences, and other locations as necessary. Troubleshoots equipment problems and performs routine cleaning and equipment maintenance.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Installs and removes field equipment in clients’ residences or other locations, such as workplaces, agency offices or jails, in accordance with contractual guidelines.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots equipment problems in client residences or other locations, such as workplaces, agency offices or jails, to ensure proper operation.</li>
<li>Performs equipment inspections to identify damage or malfunction.</li>
<li>Cleans field equipment.</li>
<li>Tests equipment in accordance with quality assurance standards.</li>
<li>Performs routine equipment maintenance.</li>
<li>Maintains adequate inventory of equipment and supplies in order to service contracts.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li>
<li>Valid state driver’s license and have the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.</li>
<li>Six (6) months of experience in the military, or a security or law enforcement field preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to understand EM messages and daily summary reports. Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to organize and manage inventory.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.</li>
</ul>
Working Conditions: Encountered on a regular basis as part of the work this job performs.
<ul>
<li>Extensive local travel may be required.</li>
<li>Installations and general fieldwork may require entering possible unstable or hostile environments.</li>
<li>Ability to climb stairs to deliver and install EM equipment.</li>

Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector Hours: Friday-Sunday 5am-5:30pm Pay: $18-$24/hour + 12% shift differential Location: Duluth, MN area (relocation is available) Direct Hire / Full time
Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Inspector performs in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet engineering design and quality standards. This role requires accuracy in documentation, communication of issues, and a strong commitment to process integrity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect products to engineering drawings, procedures, and specifications

Identify and document nonconformities; communicate with relevant teams for resolution
</li>

Ensure completion and accuracy of associated documentation

</li>

Preferred Certifications:

Welding, NDI, or similar inspection certifications
