Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities

<li>The physician serves as the attending physician for the residents residing at each facility;</li>
<li>The physician collaborates with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day to day resident care at each facility. Typically, each facility will have a full-time PA or NP assigned to the facility depending on the acuity and volume of the patient population;</li>
<li>Physician will provide high quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs;</li>
<li>Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with acute illness, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as chronic diseases and conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes</li>
<li>Provider documentation is completed in Theoria's proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system, ChartEasy™</li>
<li>PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and American HealthTech are the most commonly used facility EHR systems</li>
<li>Participating in Theoria's Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, RPM and other medical quality initiatives and programs</li>
<li>Physician must be able to supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physicians assistants</li>
<li>Physician must be able to utilize electronic/online medical tools such as EHR systems and state/county medical systems utilized for Death Certificates and administrative functions.</li>

Shift Structure

Vector Marketing is running interviews for sales rep positions, start work within the week. Basic responsibilities include working with customers, selling our American made products, and placing any orders.
We sell Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience &amp; knowledge about home goods or sales experience isn’t needed. We provide all of the training needed for success.
Position Details: - Reps are paid weekly – base or commission, whichever is higher for the week. We have a commission structure set up based on performance. Reps are paid $25.00 base-appt (per presentation, not based on sales or results). There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.
- Solid training – we’ve been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, &amp; communication skills they build are needed for any field. Reps can start with people they are comfortable with and expand from there.
- Flexible scheduling – we help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some work part time, while others are looking for a flexible schedule around other commitments such as their full time jobs, holiday plans, classes, finals, or family obligations.
- Location – sales reps work from home and locally after training. Meetings and training are usually held in the office. 
- Opportunity for Advancement – based on performance and goals, reps have an opportunity to move into long term sales positions or become a manager (even if they only start out part time).

Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provider is responsible for rounding and managing the clinical care of the population at the assigned SNF. </li>
<li>The provider is responsible for rounding daily and prescribing medications and treatments for residents residing at SNFs. </li>
<li>Provider will provide high quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services to patients residing in SNFs. </li>
<li>Provider is responsible for timely documentation of all patient care/encounters </li>
<li>The provider will be available for phone/secure messaging consultations with facility nursing staff.</li>
<li>Provider documentation is completed in Theoria's proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system, ChartEasy™. </li>
<li>PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and American HealthTech are the most commonly used facility EHR systems. </li>
<li>Provider is expected to be on-site on and on time for their in-person scheduled shifts. </li>
<li>Timely attendance is imperative.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation required.</li>

Shift Structure
<ul>
<li>Rounding time is 7AM-1PM local time, during which the provider must be available to nursing staff and address acute/emergent issues that arise. </li>
<li>Shifts begin around 7AM local time with flexibility within reason.</li>
<li>Shifts are daily Monday-Friday </li>
<li>Charting/documentation can be completed off-site. </li>
<li>This is an in-person position. </li>

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Regional Sales Manager, you will be in a leadership role where your primary focus will be driving market share and supporting all Territory Managers (TMs) in the region who specifically focus on and sell equipment used in Large Production Agriculture. You will drive the sales team to success, all in an effort to ensure our customers can count on us to provide them top-notch equipment for their businesses.
Every day, you will build, coach, and lead the sales team, establish sales strategies, track sales results, interact with customers, and identify new sales targets. This role will be based out of our Four Lakes, WA branch but will oversee Territory Managers throughout the region including Quincy, WA, Yakima, WA, Walla Walla, WA, Colfax, WA, Tekoa, WA, and Moscow, ID.
WHAT YOU NEED:
