Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

The position of Personal Banker will open and service all types of deposit accounts and offer our products in person, via phone or other electronic communication in accordance with the organization’s Mission Statement and Core Values. As a Personal Banker, you will provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with new and existing customers so as to be able to refer them to other team member(s) or department(s) for additional services. Job Description
Full Time Male Specimen Collector II 
Location: Kalispell, Montana
Schedule: Full Time: Wednesday 1:30pm to 6:30pm
Thursday and Friday 8:30am to 8:30pm
Seeking: Male candidates required for observed collections of gender identified male patients. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the territory as needed.

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use of prescription medications and illicit drugs supporting improved clinical decision-making as part of treatment for millions of Americans with chronic pain, mental illness, and substance use disorders.
The Specimen Collector II is a key role at Millennium Health. As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory.
As a Specimen Collector II: 
<ul>
<li>Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens </li>
<li>Process and package collections for shipping</li>
<li>Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory </li>
<li>Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information</li>
<li>Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal</li>
<li>Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite </li>
<li>Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable)</li>
<li>Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required and occasional overnight coverage. </li>
</ul>
Requirements
Ideal Candidate: 
<ul>
<li>6+ months of experience as a specimen collector or 1+ years of experience in the medical field, directly supporting patients preferred</li>
<li>2+ years of customer service experience can be considered in place of medical experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to navigate a smart phone and computer required</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license required; reliable transportation</li>
<li>Medical insurance/billing and/or familiarity with medications/diagnostic codes is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to ensure HIPAA, HiTrust, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to. </li>
<li>Ability to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Physical requirements: sitting 60%, walking 20%, standing 20%, lifting up to 20 lbs.</li>

This position requires regular travel. In accordance with federal travel regulations, all employees must possess a valid REAL ID or an acceptable alternative form of identification to comply with government travel guidelines. Proof of compliant identification will be required prior to the start of employment.
