The Cook will follow recipes to the specifications of the Chef (ability to increase or decrease recipe as needed). Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation / health regulations and hotel requirements and must have the ability to work in a fast paced, intense work environment, sometimes under extreme heat and stress.
Pay Rate: The rate of pay listed on job boards are auto-generated numbers. Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s actual rate of pay will be determined during the hiring process. 
Pay is based on skill level. 
The base pay begins at $17.00 for Cook 3.

Qualifications:

The HVAC Maintenance Mechanic performs a variety of skilled maintenance duties related to the facilities engineering and maintenance departments. &nbsp;This is a second shift 3pm to 11:30pm Tuesday thru Saturday schedule.&nbsp; Responsibilities: Updates work statuses and documents tasks completed in the CMMS using a mobile device. Helps direct building team staff and vendors, material needs, and timelines for jobs and projects. Cleans, lubricates, services, repairs, and diagnoses malfunctions of HVAC equipment, electrical and mechanical building systems. Must have working knowledge of commercial HVAC cooling and heating systems, larger than 25 tons for cooling. Must have working knowledge of pneumatic controls, DDC controls, PE switches, damper controls, large fan arrays, low voltage safety circuits, VAV maintenance, large exhaust fans, fan coil units, DX split units, operations of humidifiers, exhaust fans, hydronic pumps of various sizes, air balancing, metal duct work and fire/smoke dampers.&nbsp; Must have working knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, hot water boilers, steam boilers, steam traps, heat exchangers and condensate return stations. Assists in making decisions on all repairs and reports major problems to the Manger as appropriate. Constructs, finishes, installs, maintains, and repairs electrical and mechanical systems, or the facilities of any related systems, using power &amp; hand tools and other vital equipment. Reviews outside vendor projects and makes punch lists. Analyzes and corrects sophisticated building system problems and electro/mechanical problems related to utilities. Supports project management activity as needed. Responds to emergency problems in the facility and makes emergency repairs as needed. Maintains logs, performs rounds, and completes P.M. work orders, tests, and inspections of HVAC equipment. Makes recommendations for modification or improvement of preventive maintenance systems. The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) assists with the planning, development, and execution of high
quality clinical activities. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in learning and developing skills 
in clinical research, research methodology, regulations, and applicable guidelines including FDA 
regulations, international regulatory standards, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ISO compliance, and 
company SOPs. 
 
The CRC role supports the broader clinical operations team by coordinating study activities and

Principal Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. Acts as store department lead and helps ensure the department had appropriate inventory levels.

Job Responsibilities:

<li>Evaluate sales trends and create methods for sales growth</li>
<li>Manage retail and rental inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals</li>
<li>Enforce company cash handling policies and procedures, and other loss prevention policies</li>
<li>Manage sales floor team and rental process</li>
<li>Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication</li>
<li>Provide great customer service to all guests</li>
<li>Ensure pricing is accurate and current including any and all promotions</li>
<li>Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise</li>

<li>Previous snow sport industry experience - preferred</li>

<li>Commitment to exceptional customer service</li>
<li>Basic computer skills</li>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends – required</li>

DENTAL HYGIENIST JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Promotes dental health by completing dental prophylaxis, providing oral cancer screening and radiographic studies, charting conditions of decay and disease, and performing procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act.</li>
<li>Prepares patients for dental hygiene treatment by welcoming, seating, and draping patients.</li>
<li>Provides information to patients and employees by answering questions and requests.</li>
<li>Maintains instrumentation for dental hygiene treatment by sharpening, sterilizing, and selecting instruments.</li>
<li>Selects materials and equipment for dental hygiene visits by evaluating patients' oral health.</li>
