What You'll Do

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Provide mobility assistance and transfers.

Monitor and report changes in client condition.

Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Document care provided according to company policies.

Follow individualized care plans.
What We're Looking For

Current New Hampshire LNA license.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Ability to pass a background check.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Home care experience preferred, but not required.
