Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join KENTS TOWING, RECOVERY & TRANSPORTATION as a Ramp Truck Driver in Milford, NH, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional towing and recovery services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team, ensuring safe and efficient transportation for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Operate ramp trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Respond promptly to towing requests and emergency situations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate towing operations.
- Assist customers with vehicle recovery and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and service performed.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the towing equipment.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on duty.
Requirements:
- Valid license with a clean driving record & valid Medical Card
- Experience in towing and recovery operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle handling and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of towing and recovery tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
