- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or craftsmanship role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with composite materials and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
