HR Manager | Manufacturing | Contract to Hire
Nashua, NH (On-Site)
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead key people initiatives while serving as a trusted partner to employees and leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer with the potential to transition into a long-term leadership role.
Compensation
- $55/hour during the temporary assignment
- Up to $125,000 annual salary upon permanent hire
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage employee relations, providing coaching and guidance on workplace matters
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
- Drive learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational success
- Partner with managers to strengthen performance management, engagement, and retention
- Support HR programs, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven HR management experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, and learning & development
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
