As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the HR team by assisting with administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and employee engagement activities. Your contributions will help us foster a positive and efficient workplace culture.
Requirements

<li>Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks, including filing and record-keeping.</li>
<li>Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and maintaining candidate databases.</li>
<li>Help coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and ensure a smooth transition.</li>
<li>Respond to general HR general inquiries from employees regarding benefits, payroll, policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing employee engagement events and initiatives.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>This is a Full-time role onsite in Newport Beach, CA.</li>

Pay range $20-25/ hour.
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree is a plus.</li>
<li>Has HR related experience or internship experience. </li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li>
<li>Enthusiasm for learning about HR and commitment to supporting team members.</li>
