JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp;
As a Massage Therapist you will be responsible for providing massage, bodywork, and wellness spa services to guests with unparalleled personalized service, professionalism and possess exceptional knowledge in the field of healing arts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Greet guests warmly and escort guests to and from treatment rooms while attending to any immediate needs throughout their Spa session with you.</li>
<li>Maintain professional ethics while ensuring personalized service is provided to each guest so they feel their needs are met.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.</li>
<li>Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications while also adhering to the Spa service standards.</li>
<li>Perform prep work and meticulously clean and restock the room as required and needed. Participate fully in maintaining backbar.</li>
<li>Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation and disinfection procedures ensuring room is always immaculate (tables draped, counters and products clean).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform monthly and quarterly deep-clean responsibilities.</li>

<li>Uniforms and personal appearance must always be immaculate.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.</li>
<li>Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa.</li>
<li>Assist in any other function as requested by Director of Spa and Wellness as it pertains to the spa, lounges, retail area, and outdoor terrace area.</li>
<li>Participate fully in any spa promotions within and outside the spa, Estate or at off-site events.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
EDUCATION &amp; SKILLS:
<ul>
<li>Current NH Massage Therapy License</li>
<li>Continuing Education is required to maintain massage license/certification</li>
<li>Flexible schedule including night and weekend shifts</li>
<li>Experience as a Massage Therapist in a luxury hotel/resort spa</li>
<li>CPR certification</li>

Corporate Events Planner
 We are seeking an organized, creative, and results-driven Corporate Events Planner to manage and execute a wide array of company events, ensuring each event aligns with organizational goals and delivers meaningful experiences. This role requires exceptional project management skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with logistical efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience planning corporate events, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating across departments to deliver engaging and well-executed events.
Responsibilities:

<li>Plan, organize, and execute corporate events such as team-building activities, employee celebrations, and executive meetings</li>
<li>Develop event plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all aspects of the event are executed on time and within financial constraints</li>
<li>Secure and manage venues, catering, entertainment, décor, transportation, and technology requirements for events</li>

<li>Conduct post-event debriefs, gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders to identify successes and areas for improvement</li>
<li>Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing key outcomes and lessons learned</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma</li>
<li>5+ years of experience as a Corporate Events Planner or similar role</li>
<li>Expertise in planning and executing large-scale corporate functions with keen attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges and solve problems under pressure</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and promote events effectively.</li>
<li>Certification in event planning (e.g., Certified Meeting Planner or CMP) is a plus</li>
<li>Knowledge of budgeting, vendor negotiation, and financial reporting preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event technologies</li>
