NOW HIRING: Construction Site Lead/Remodeling Carpenter– Twin Cities
Earn $100,000 – $125,000 per year
Lead structural projects. Run the job site. Get paid well doing it.
Load Bearing Wall Company is looking for a strong Site Lead who knows residential structural work inside and out.
What you’ll do:
Run the crew on load-bearing wall removals, beam installs, framing, foundation repairs & more.
Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and built to code.
Oversee safety, equipment, truck & trailer.
Be the key link between the field and the office.

You need:
10+ years residential construction (framing & remodeling)
3+ years running crews as a Site Lead
Clean driving record
Ability to read plans and lead safely
