However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective physical therapy services. Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' physical therapy needs.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.</li>
<li>Provide supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Active Arizona State Physical Therapist License.</li>
<li>Current CPR certification.</li>
<li>Article 9 Certification</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li>
<li>Article 9 Certification</li>
