Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Treat patients&nbsp;according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.&nbsp;</li>

Qualifications

<li>Active LPN License in Washington/Compact (required)&nbsp;</li>
