Recovery Coach:
· Provides mentoring/individualized transition and recovery support assistance.
· Conducts face-to-face contact to discuss recovery wellness planning.
· Guides participant to outreach services and community integration.
· Facilitates recovery support groups.
· Collaborates with recovery support groups, aftercare providers, churches, corporations, alumni, and volunteer organizations.
· Provides data collection and reporting through enrollments, census, client surveys, and recovery wellness groups.
Education/Experience:
A high school diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED) required. One to three months’ with 500 hours and 25 supervised hours of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field. Previous experience in recovery and crisis intervention required. Knowledge of substance use and ethical standards required.
Certificates and Licenses:
Recovery Coach Certification required from Dept of State and Health Services.

CDAC Behavioral Healthcare is looking for someone to join our Substance Exposed Newborn/Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (SEN/NAS) program into Circuit 2 (Gadsden, Leon, Liberty, Wakula, Franklin, Jefferson Counties). This program supports families who are experiencing, or at risk for, SEN/NAS.
CDAC is seeking one Care Coordinator to provide care coordination services to women and families with substance use concerns in Circuit 2. The position requires clinical skills and experience with substance use and mental health disorders, parenting and family issues, and community resources. Candidate should have a working knowledge on the impact to families with substance exposed newborns (SEN) and Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS). As part of the SEN Team, the Care Coordinators will coordinate and assist in addressing all the needs of the families to include substance use, mental health, medical, financial stability, and overall wellness. The Care Coordinator will work closely with community providers and with child welfare providers to advocate and assist in meeting these families' needs. The candidate must demonstrate an understanding of ROSC (recovery-oriented systems of care) principles, case management and care coordination principles, and have experience working with people with substance use and mental health concerns.
This position will serve all counties (Gadsden, Leon, Liberty, Wakula, Franklin, Jefferson) of Circuit 2 and serve counties (Madison and Taylor) of Circuit 3.

Fairbanks' First Stabilization Center is hiring to fill the positions listed below.
POSITION SUMMARY: COS Tech, embraces and facilities the organization philosophy doing everything we can to aid in the healing and support of the person in need, model to stabilize and enrich the participants lives. This position is responsible for providing assistance and supervision to adolescences and adults who are in a crisis. This position maintains a crisis respite home-like environment. This position focus on three goals: 1) observation, 2) stabilization, 3) find placement for the patient for continued care. Assumes responsibility for enhancing patients personal well-being and promoting social and emotional functionality as well as monitoring for crisis stabilization when appropriate. Hours include 12- hour shifts and or week on week off shifts. You will be responsible for providing outreach, support and telephonic recovery check-ups to individuals struggling with behaviors health. You will provide SUD counseling, didactic education, healing, hope and guidance to patients and family members (adults and youth) to assist them in understanding and coping with substance dependence issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Bachelors degree in related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum two years experience as a substance abuse counselor and/or case manager, in a licensed and/or accredited substance abuse treatment facility (experience in a dual- diagnosis setting preferred).</li>
<li>Able to work in a high tolerance Harm Reduction and Abstinence model with patient s who have multiple barriers.</li>
<li>Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel</li>
<li>Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, and computer skills</li>
<li>Able to learn quickly and work effectively with a wide range of constituencies and with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Able to obtain and maintain CPR/1st Aid certification</li>
