The Position:

Position Highlights:
Location: Albuquerque, NM Employment Type: Local Contract Shift: 06:00:00 - 18:30:00 Assignment Length: 46 Days
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Education: Completion of an accredited LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program.</li>
<li>Licensure/Certifications: Active NM license.</li>
<li>At least one year of relevant field experience is required.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ol>
<li>Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision. </li>
<li>Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress. </li>
<li>Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians. </li>
<li>Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery goals. </li>
<li>Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports. </li>
<li>Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies. </li>
<li>Provide emotional support and advocate for the patient's needs during rehabilitation.</li>

We are seeking a Practice Manager&nbsp;to become a&nbsp;part of our team!&nbsp;You will&nbsp;coordinate medical services in our clinics located in Jefferson City, Columbia, and Rolla, MO.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage a group of 20 staff members</li>
<li>Management experience with scheduling, patient services, procedures, chart preparation, clinic flow, staff scheduling, managing PTO</li>
<li>Oversee medical and health service&nbsp;activities and&nbsp;personnel&nbsp;</li>
<li>Schedule patients for plan of care and discuss financial responsibility with patient, insurance payments, and expected out of pocket financial responsibility.</li>
<li>Manage claim submission, post insurance payments, post patient payments and monitors payment plans.</li>
<li>Work&nbsp;collaboratively with physician&nbsp;to implement appropriate healthcare&nbsp;programs</li>
<li>Determines insurance eligibility, predetermination, documents authorization</li>
<li>Reviews chart documentation</li>
<li>Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety</li>
<li>Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous 2 years experience in healthcare&nbsp;or other medical clinics</li>
<li>Experience in a managerial role 2 years</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills</li>
<li>Mastery in Office 365</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years experience in Nextgen Office</li>
<li>Ability to manage daily deadlines&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $72,000 - $94,000 annual salary
