The Behavioral Health Navigator is an integral part of PeopleOne Health’s care team and works directly with clinicians, Social Workers, and external partners to address members’ mental, behavioral, and social needs. <li>Provide Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) screenings, resources, and referrals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to align physical and behavioral health needs.</li>
<li>Conduct community outreach and build partnerships with local organizations and support programs.</li>
<li>Coordinate with local substance use treatment providers for member assessments and referrals.</li>

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

<li>Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: 4 shifts per week (8-10 hours) no call/weekends</li>
<li>Required Cases: Orthopedics, Hernia Repair - Hip/knee replacement, sports medicine, Hand and upper extremity, orthopedic trauma, Shoulder surgery **CRNAs do spinals, epidurals, blocks</li>
<li>Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Paper Charting</li>
<li>Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Can work independent, directed or supervised depending on case load</li>
<li>Credentialing Timeframe: up to 30 days</li>
<li>License required or willing to license: Florida License required</li>

<li>Strong computer and administrative skills</li>
<li>Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting preferred</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations</li>
<li>Experience with EKGs, and assisting in medical procedures is a plus</li>
<li>2 years Previous experience in a medical office setting</li>
