This position involves collaborating across two school sites and working with a diverse caseload of students. You’ll have the chance to design and implement intervention plans, conduct assessments, and partner with a supportive team of educators—all while fostering communication growth and helping students realize their potential.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school-based settings, particularly at the middle and high school level, is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and advocacy for student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across two schools
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
- Develop IEPs and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Track student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
