Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position is open for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with on-site assignments only. You’ll enjoy working with dedicated colleagues while growing in your career during the Extended School Year program, with supervision provided for CFs. SLP assistants are not being considered at this time.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Florida provisional SLP license (Department of Health required)
- Experience with elementary or secondary-age students (PreK-12)
- Ability to complete and update fingerprinting as required—previous prints can be confirmed and renewed as needed
- Willingness to participate in internal video interviews to ensure the right fit
- Strong commitment to fostering communication skills in diverse learners
- Clinical Fellows welcome; on-site supervision is available
Your Impact & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to students according to IEP goals
- Serve one school site only (either Royal Palm School or Indian Ridge) for the duration of the assignment
- Elementary/PreK: Mon–Thurs, between 7:30 AM–3:45 PM (schedule varies by assignment; 22–26 part-time hours/week)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop student-centered solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
