Responsibilities

Provide high-quality Med/Surg bedside nursing care to adult patients.

Monitor patient conditions and update electronic health records promptly.

Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Meet performance metrics and contribute to regional/department pipelines.

Collaborate with physicians and care teams to adjust care plans.

Administer medications and perform basic treatments per protocols.

Prioritize and triage patient needs to ensure timely interventions.

Document care activities accurately to enhance visibility of work.

Demonstrate a growth mindset by pursuing ongoing professional development.

Provide compassionate patient and family education on care plans.

Assist in care coordination and discharge planning for smooth transitions.
Experience/Qualifications

Active RN license with Med/Surg certification or equivalent.

Proven bedside Med/Surg nursing with adult patient care experience.

Medication administration per protocol with safety standards.

Ability to triage, prioritize, and respond to changing patient needs.

Commitment to safety, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in EHR documentation and patient data entry.

Strong collaboration with physicians and care teams for care plans.

Capability to support discharge planning and care transitions.

Evidence of ongoing professional development and growth mindset.

On-site availability for part-time shifts with reliable attendance.
