Preferred:

<li>Experience: 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health services.</li>
<li>Experience with co-occurring disorders. </li>
</ul>

<li>Knowledge of SUD treatment models, ASAM levels of care, and behavioral health regulations.</li>
<li>Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor diverse teams.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li>

Working Conditions
<ul>
<li>Primary work at DC outpatient clinic, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm in office.</li>
</ul>
