This is an outstanding opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider seeking autonomy while working alongside an experienced cardiologist in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Hospital-employed Cardiology APP position alongside an experienced cardiologist
- Build and manage your own outpatient patient panel with collaborative physician support
- 100% outpatient practice with no call—after-hours coverage provided through telemedicine
- Manage approximately 12–18 patients per day in a well-supported clinic environment
- Perform and supervise stress testing to improve physician access and patient flow
- Opportunity to participate in outreach clinics serving surrounding communities
- Modern multispecialty clinic located just minutes from the hospital
- Strong referral demand with schedules consistently booked 4–5 months in advance
- Opportunity to help expand cardiovascular services across a growing regional network
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $130,000–$145,000
- $25,000 sign-on and relocation package
- RVU production incentive
- $9,000 annual student loan repayment
- 26 days of PTO
