JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the general direction of the clinical director the clinician will be responsible for:
<ol>
<li>Provide clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team of clinical staff in an outpatient setting.</li>
<li>Train clinical staff in best practices related to clinical diagnosis, treatment planning and documentation. </li>
<li>Act as a resource for staff to problem solve complex clinical presentations.</li>
<li>Provide psycho-therapeutic and psycho-educational services to individuals, couples, families, and groups;</li>
<li>Provide individual therapeutic counseling to clients as assigned;</li>
<li>Provide clinical documentation such as treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes;</li>
<li>Provide individual and group supervision to clinical staff,</li>
<li>Report relevant information in a timely manner to clinical supervisor and/or program director;</li>
<li>Operates within compliance with related federal, state and local regulations;</li>
<li>Provides direct clinical and case management services; and provides administrative support;</li>
<li>Provide crisis intervention, as needed;</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li>

Requirements
Qualifications for position: 
<ol>
<li>Minimum qualifications include: Licensure as a master’s level behavioral health clinician (LISW, LCSW, LPCC, PhD or PsyD). </li>
<li>Preferred qualification include: i. Training in one or more Evidence Based Practice (MI, CRA, DBT, Seeking Safety, EMDR, Brainspotting, etc.)</li>
<li>Clinical Supervisor (50/50 split between direct service and clinical supervision)</li>

SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Clinical Therapist provides counseling and therapy services to clients with substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health disorders. The Clinical Therapist conducts individual and group therapy under the structured framework of state and federal law, the counseling and/or social work code of ethics, SFRC/FCDRC policies and procedures.
 
The Clinical Therapist is responsible for creating and maintaining a trauma-informed, client-centered, therapeutic and safe environment for clients and staff. The Clinical Therapist is expected to work with SFRC/FCDRC leadership and staff to develop, promote, and maintain cultural proficiency throughout the organization.

<li>Work with Supervisor to ensure program productivity standards are met</li>
<li>Get training in and utilize the electronic health record and other organizational record-keeping systems</li>
<li>Ensure that documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with required time frames</li>
<li>Ensure all CARF, Federal, State, and organizational standards of care are being met and exceeded</li>
<li>Work with Supervisor to evaluate clinical programing and treatment outcomes, assist in research, trials, new clinical intervention roll outs, and administrative changes</li>
<li>Utilize and adhere to a holistic, trauma informed, and client centered treatment philosophy to support recovery-based health</li>
<li>Respond to client emergencies following policies and procedures and in accordance with training provided</li>
<li>Assist in coordination and collaboration with referral sources and other agencies</li>
<li>Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive client care</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality in accordance with State and Federal Law, the counseling and social work code of ethics, and organizational policy and procedure</li>
<li>Attend all mandatory Staff Meetings and Training</li>

Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Summary:

The OR RN collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and adheres to the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and professional ethics in a dynamic surgical environment.
Essential Work Functions:

<li>Prepares the operating room by ensuring all required instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies are ready and functional for each surgical procedure </li>
<li>Assists in positioning and preparing patients for surgery, addressing concerns and ensuring comfort and safety according to procedural requirements </li>
<li>Maintains a sterile field throughout surgical procedures and adheres to infection control protocols and sterile technique </li>
<li>Anticipates the needs of the surgical team, providing instruments, supplies, and support promptly to maintain efficient workflow </li>
<li>Monitors the patient's condition during surgery, documenting significant changes and notifying the surgeon </li>
<li>Handles surgical instruments and supplies, ensuring their proper use, sterilization, and disposal according to facility protocols </li>
<li>Manages specimen collection, labeling, and transport according to facility protocols, ensuring accurate diagnostic results </li>
<li>Documents all aspects of patient care in the perioperative setting accurately and thoroughly </li>
<li>Participates in patient handoff communication during pre- and post-operative phases, ensuring continuity of care </li>
<li>Assists in cleaning and restocking the operating room between cases, adhering to infection control and turnover protocols </li>
<li>Collaborates with the surgical team to ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and standards </li>
<li>Follows hospital safety rules and procedures, including proper use of PPE and infection prevention measures </li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice</li>

Required Essential Skills:

<li>Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel.
