Santé is seeking Full-time Mobile Crisis Clinicians to work day, evening, and overnight shifts and join our frontline crisis intervention team in Timonium, MD. As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you will work as part of a police-based team, which includes partnering with a police officer to respond to behavioral health crises in the community. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with community partners, families, and other involved parties.
 
What You’ll Do:

<li>Perform assessments and crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, implementation, and treatment plans.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate clients’ needs while making internal agency or community referrals.</li>

<li>Demonstrate a working knowledge of the medical implications when working with substance abuse consumers</li>

<li>Determine appropriateness and fit for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care </li>
<li>Construct provisional mental health diagnoses utilizing DSM-V criteria </li>
<li>Document client information in accordance with regulatory standards using electronic medical record </li>
<li>Assign treatment team members and group schedules while informing staff of new admissions</li>
<li>Interface with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams in facilitating intake </li>
<li>Collaborate with referral sources: hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health providers upon admission</li>
<li>Looking to cover the following shifts to meet the schedules and needs of our clients
<ul>
<li>Monday - Friday - Must be available 12pm-8pm </li>
<li>Sunday - Thursday - Must be available 12pm-8pm </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Access to reliable technology resources to deliver uninterrupted, confidential, and compliant telehealth services</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality of care</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults clients</li>
<li>Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred</li>
<li>Masters degree in mental health, social work, or related field required</li>

The expected base pay for this role will be between $50,000 and $60,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-Remote
