Clinical Protocol Development
<ul>

Define and continuously evolve scope-of-practice guidelines, condition-specific treatment protocols, and best-practice workflows.

Partner with medical and operational leadership to ensure consistency and clinical integrity across the care model.

Establish clear, measurable performance expectations and metrics tied to patient outcomes, treatment adherence, and platform utilization.

Workflow Development &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Practice Management and Product teams to optimize clinical workflows and digital tools.

Ensure workflows align with compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and operational goals.

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Medical Degree (MD or DO) with active, unrestricted license in at least one U.S. state.
</li>
<li>
Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, or Urology preferred).
</li>
<li>
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with telehealth or digital health experience required.
</li>
<li>
Proven leadership experience overseeing providers in a clinical or digital care setting.
</li>
<li>
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing quality assurance programs and clinical protocols.

About What You’ll Work On:
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a group of developmental disabilities that can cause significant social, communication, mental health and behavioral challenges.&nbsp;
Although autism can be diagnosed at any age, it is described as a “developmental disorder” because symptoms generally appear in the first 2 years of life. People with ASD may face a wide range of issues, which means that there is no single best treatment for ASD. Working closely with a health care provider like MeBe Family&nbsp; is an important part of finding the right combination of treatment and services. (Reference, National Institute of Mental Health)
As a Behavior Technician,

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to kiddos with autism in their home or at MeBe’s Learning Center clinic
</li>
<li>
You’ll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs that help increase the kiddo's communication, self-help, social and play skills.
</li>
<li>
You’ll relay info on your kiddos’ progress to BCBAs to keep them informed and assist with BCBA assessments.
</li>
<li>
At the end of each session, you’ll accurately record the kiddo’s behavior analysis and progress in our data collection system Central Reach using your work assigned tablet.
</li>
<li>
You’ll be responsible for clocking in, submitting your session notes and clocking out to align with strict ABA and Insurance provider regulations.
</li>
<li>
You’ll help keep our workplace shipshape, safe, and super organized.
</li>
<li>
You’ll help our kiddos with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks and diaper changing.
</li>

You’ll help with projects and tasks as directed by your Site Director and Clinical Supervisors.

Qualifications:
