Step into a rewarding opportunity working directly with students, providing essential occupational therapy services within a supportive school environment. This part-time, onsite contract role is ideal for skilled OTs who are passionate about making a tangible impact across diverse student needs.

Bring your expertise to a manageable caseload of 20 students, collaborating with dedicated educators and families to help students thrive from August to May. Enjoy the consistency of a school-year schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
  • Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Commitment to supporting student growth in a school setting

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized OT assessments and interventions for students ages PreK–12
  • Develop, implement, and update IEP goals in collaboration with school staff and families
  • Monitor and document students’ progress toward functional and educational objectives
  • Consult with teachers and support staff to integrate OT strategies into classroom routines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, sharing expertise to inform educational programming
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal requirements
