RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Overseeing staff while upholding a high-level of concierge patient care above all. </li>
<li>Maintaining accuracy of information regarding patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding. </li>
<li>Regularly collaborating with Regional Manager, non-clinical staff, and Executive Leadership. </li>
<li>Administer employee reviews, while developing talent and building a pipeline of future leaders. </li>
</ul>
Financial Management 
<ul>
<li>Present financial breakdowns to patients in accordance with provider's treatment plan. </li>
<li>Achieve financial objectives and operational efficiency - manage P&amp;L and analyze business and financial data. </li>
<li>Provide continuous insight into the practice and support through direct reports – implementing solutions and tracking success. </li>
</ul>
Practice Operations 
<ul>
<li>Ordering supplies for day-to-day needs of the office. </li>
<li>Reporting maintenance needs of equipment and facilities promptly. </li>
<li>Implementing policy changes as provided and maintaining compliance with mandated regulations. </li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Minimum two years' experience with responsibilities listed above, strong dental treatment planning skills</li>
<li>Must have experience managing a team and overseeing the success of employees in respective roles throughout the practice</li>
<li>Experience with relevant practice management software </li>
<li>Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li>

Job DescriptionThe Physical therapist will provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease.Restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health.&nbsp; Company Expectations of the Employee:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Providing initial and ongoing assessment to determine level of functioning, including OASIS Assessment at appropriate time points.</li>
<li>A physical therapist gathers background data, reviews referrals, selects and modifies evaluation tools, and evaluates patients determining the level of patient’s physical and psychosocial functioning.</li>
<li>Developing and revising the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care-team members.</li>
<li>Responsible for planning, evaluation, and treatment implementation of assigned caseload.</li>
<li>Preparing clinical progress notes.</li>
<li>Supervising therapy assistants and home health aides as appropriate.</li>
<li>Evaluating outcomes.</li>
<li>Educate patients and/or families about proper safe use and recommend methods for installation of adaptive equipment.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: Education: Currently licensed by the Connecticut Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Experience: Minimum of one year in an acute care setting. Two years experience in Home Health preferred. Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Able to maintain strict confidentiality with regard to protected and sensitive information.</li>
<li>Able to establish and maintain confidence of owners and employees.</li>
<li>Must be able to solve problems independently and confidently by applying analytical and logical thinking.</li>
<li>Able to use standard office equipment and software proficiently.</li>
</ul>
Language Skills:
<ul>
<li>Able to read, analyze, and interpret reports, general business directives, policy and procedure statements, and governmental regulations.</li>
<li>Able to write reports and correspondence at a professional level.</li>
<li>Able to immediately respond to common inquiries and complaints from employees and regulatory agencies.</li>
