Responsibilities
- Patient Check-In and greeting

- Verifying patient insurance information
- Handling telephone inquiries and directing calls appropriately
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in medical reception or assisting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with patient scheduling and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Strong data entry skills and HIPAA compliance awareness
- Blood draw and EKG proficiency
