Job DescriptionMedical Assistant

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Brigade Care Team is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fully on-site position supporting our providers and patients through exceptional clinical and administrative care. What You'll Do

  • Room and prepare patients for provider visits.
  • Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information.
  • Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
  • Coordinate patient care, including referrals, follow-up appointments, and diagnostic testing.
  • Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and care instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Support daily clinic operations while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

What You'll Bring

  • Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate required.
  • Current Medical Assistant certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in a primary care, specialty care, or outpatient setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining professionalism.
