Compensation & Benefits (Hot Springs):
- Daily Rate: $3,571 per shift.
- Earning Potential: Annual potential ranging from $750,000 to $900,000.
- Incentives: $50,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance.
- $5,000 annual CME allowance and tuition reimbursement.
