Qualifications:
Education:
Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure:
It is the candidate's responsibility to secure and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment or under compact licensure, fulfilling all state board of nursing requirements.
Experience:
Preferred candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience in Cardiac or Critical Care.
Certifications:

<li>Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or completion of the course within 30 days of hire.</li>
<li>Additional certifications may be required based on the specific unit or position, including but not limited to:</li>

Physical Requirements:

<li>Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Prolonged standing and walking are required during each shift.</li>
