Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A travel Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in the school setting located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This position provides vital support to students by helping them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Assess student abilities and develop tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with relevant regulations
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet changing student needs in a school environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in New Jersey
- Experience providing OT services in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and adaptability to travel as required for the assignment
