Requirements:

Behavioral Health Therapist-Community based Child and Family Therapy
 
<ul>
<li>Salary Range: Master’s Level Unlicensed: $58,011 - $69,618 annually. &nbsp;Master’s Level Licensed: $66,040 - $79,217 annually based on relevant years of experience.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Location: Community-based, some onsite and remote work </li>
<li>Status: Full Time, Hourly, 40 hours per week-Salaried</li>
<li>Shift times:&nbsp; Community-based, daytime hours, some evenings required. Prefer 4, 10-hour shifts.</li>
</ul>

Role Overview-
As a Community Based Child &amp; Family Therapist, participate as a member of the service delivery team to implement Trauma Systems Therapy with identified clients and their families through a combination of work within the client’s homes, in the community, in an office setting and virtually. This position will see clients of all ages yet will primarily work with children 6-21 and their families. Willingness to provide family interventions is a must. &nbsp;We are looking for individuals who enjoy working within a team, are well-versed in evidence-based treatment practices, and are seeking to grow their clinical skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. &nbsp;&nbsp;

Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Provide community based/home-based treatment services using the Trauma Systems Therapy model and framework to clients and their families ages 5 and up. Direct client care to include care coordination, behavioral health related screenings and assessments, individual, family, and group therapy, case management, and related clinical services.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Trained in and use Trauma Systems Therapy* as well as other evidence-based treatment models for a range of mental health and substance use disorders including play therapy, family therapy, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Trauma Systems Therapy training provided by agency.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide on-going assessments, crisis intervention and case management to clients and their families.</li>
<li>Develop and monitor service plans, treatment progress, and maintain timely clinical documentation and other reporting data.</li>
<li>Have a strong understanding of how to adapt service delivery to meet the client’s needs and how to engage parents/caregivers through a family systems lens.</li>
<li>Collaborates with other staff in a treatment team model by providing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services.</li>
<li>Maintains superior customer service for internal and external customers by providing information and answering questions/requests in timely matter.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Required:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field from an accredited College or University and&nbsp;registered with DORA as a Candidate working towards licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience or coursework in working with children and family systems.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using computers and telehealth systems.</li>
<li>Addictions Counselor training/certification or willingness to pursue.</li>
<li>Required to work 4 – 10-hour shifts, M-Th, with hours into the evenings.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Access to a personal vehicle, valid Colorado Driver’s and ability to drive to client homes within Larimer County. Mileage is reimbursed by the agency.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 
Highly Desired
<ul>
<li>At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field.</li>
<li>Licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT), CAS or LAC</li>
<li>Experience with Trauma-Informed Care</li>
<li>1 year of experience providing play therapy and family interventions</li>
<li>Bilingual/Bicultural</li>
</ul>
Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s license.
