About Us:
Arthur’s Senior Care provides exceptional assisted living and memory care in two six-person homes in Roseville and Shoreview, MN. We are looking for dedicated Direct Care Professionals (DCPs) for both full-time and part-time positions. DCPs assist Arthur's Senior Care residents with daily living including personal and health care needs, meals, transportation, and recreational and leisure activities. No experience is necessary
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Medication Management: Prepare and administer medications (training provided and paid).</li>
<li>Personal Care: Assist with meals, personal hygiene, and use of medical equipment (training provided).</li>
<li>Therapies: Perform range-of-motion exercises and other therapeutic activities.</li>
<li>Activity Planning: Organize and participate in fun activities.</li>
<li>Advocacy: Support clients during doctor appointments.</li>
<li>Relationship Building: Foster positive connections with clients and coworkers.</li>
<li>Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary documentation and reports.</li>
<li>Transportation: Take residents on daily outings (parks, coffeeshop, etc.)</li>
</ul>
Pay Rates:
<ul>
<li>
Full-Time DCPs: $19.75 - $24.25 per hour
<ul>
<li>$19.75/hour for day and evening shifts</li>
<li>$22.00/hour for weekend shifts</li>
<li>$22.00/hour for weekday awake overnight shifts</li>
<li>$24.25/hour for weekend awake overnight shifts (Friday &amp; Saturday)</li>
</ul>
Initial Training pay is $17.75/hour for Full-Time Arthur’s DCPs
</li>
<li>
Part-Time DCPs: $17.50 - $22.00
<ul>
<li>$17.50/hour for day and evening shifts</li>
<li>$19.75/hour for weekend shifts</li>
<li>$19.75/hour for weekday awake overnight shifts</li>
<li>$22.00/hour for weekend awake overnight shifts (Friday &amp; Saturday)</li>
</ul>
Initial Training pay is $15.50/hour for Part-Time Arthur’s DCPs

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>You must be at least 18 years old</li>
<li>You must have a driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record</li>
<li>You must be able and willing to provide care for both male and female clients</li>
<li>You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>You must be able to work independently, and you must have interpersonal skills including empathy, responsibility, self-control, good judgment, and overall adjustment</li>
<li>You must be able to see, hear, speak, interact, and write in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position</li>
<li>Part-time requires a minimum of 10 shifts/month (2-3 shifts/week) with an increasing number of homes only requiring 2 shifts/week.</li>

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a committed Direct Care Monitor to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, and homelessness. This position provides essential assistance and resources. 
Responsibilities:

Deliver support services, including independent living skills, housing stabilization, money management, community integration, employment linkage, benefits establishment, and connection to community providers.

<li>
Ensure the safety of residents and the facility. 
</li>

Qualifications:

Demonstrated commitment to assisting high-acuity individuals.

Minimum of 1 year of case management experience or related experience.
