The Patient Services Manager position provides oversight and coordination for all front desk operations. Provides administrative services and office management for the SOME Medical and Dental Clinics and BHS services. Provides direct leadership, supervision, and operational management of the Patient Services Coordinator and Crisis Coordination teams within SOME’s Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health Services.
This position is located at our main campus on O Street in NW Washington, DC.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (40 hours per week)
Required: HS/GED; 3-5 yrs. Administrative experience in a Primary Care or Acute Care office/ private practice
Required License/Certification: CPR/First-Aid; Driver's License; Medical Records Certificate/ MA Certificate
Expected Contributions: Front Desk Operations Management

Optimal Care is hiring a Physical Therapist! Territory: Oakland County 
The Physical Therapist administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place  of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician or advanced practice practitioner's  orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Home Health leadership team.  
In this position you will be required to: 
<ul>
<li>Provides physical therapy services to patients according to a written individualized plan of  care </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Assesses and evaluates therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, and participation in the  development of the total plan of care. Evaluates home environment </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assesses for muscle strength, mobility, gait, ROM and transfer capabilities. Improve or  minimize residual physician disabilities of the patient </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provides physician or advanced practice practitioner's prescribed physical therapy.  </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Educates on equipment required to increase patient function and independence returning the  individual to optimal and productive level within the patient's capability </li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Possesses a degree of an accredited Master's or doctoral program as a Physical Therapist. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>1-year clinical experience as an Physical Therapist preferred </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with staff, patients, and caregivers </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of medical terminology required </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Able to demonstrate problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must have strong verbal and written communication skills </li>
</ul>

<li>Demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities, documentation requirements and deadlines. </li>
</ul>

<li>Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage </li>

Optimal Care is hiring an Occupational Therapist! 
The Occupational Therapist administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. </ul>

<li>Participates in the development of the individualized plan of care including equipment needs.  </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Develops treatment program and establishes goals for improved function </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Communicates plan of care to referring physician and other organization professionals. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Teaches new skills or retrains patients in once familiar daily activities that have been lost due to illness or injury, in accordance with the agency's policy </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintains appropriate clinical records, progress notes, and reports to the physician or advanced practice practitioner any changes in the patient's condition. Submits records in accordance with the agency's policy </li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>A graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association </li>
</ul>
<ul>
