Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred
• Experience drawing blood from both pediatric and geriatric patients
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA)
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong data entry and customer service skills
• Medical training (MA or paramedic) preferred
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation is a must. Training will be conducted onsite at the Lakewood location.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Interventional Radiology Tech to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with specialized knowledge in interventional radiology procedures. This role is crucial in providing high-quality patient care before, during, and after interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Responsibilities

<li>Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures by conducting thorough assessments and educating them on the process.</li>
<li>Assist physicians during procedures by managing equipment, monitoring patient vitals, and providing necessary support.</li>
<li>Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed while observing for any adverse reactions.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, procedure details, and post-procedure care.</li>
<li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards throughout all procedures.</li>
<li>Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns.</li>

<li>Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary.</li>
<li>Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.</li>
<li>Familiarity with imaging technologies and interventional procedures is a plus.</li>
</ul>
