<li>AssistPMHNP during follow-ups and new consults.</li>
<li>Organize and execute treatment plan for individuals.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate patient records.</li>
<li>Serves as intermediary for patient communication.</li>
</ul>
Job Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree (BSN), Associate's degree (ADN), or completion of an accredited nursing program.</li>

<li>Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.</li>
<li>Certifications:

<li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).</li>
<li>CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or equivalent de-escalation training (certification required; training may be provided upon hire).</li>

<li>Experience:

<li>Prior experience in psychiatric, mental health, behavioral health, or substance abuse treatment settings is highly preferred.</li>

<li>Skills: Exceptional clinical assessment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to build therapeutic rapport while maintaining professional boundaries. Familiarity with EMR systems.</li>
