Essential Functions:

Responsibilities:

<li>Advise on eligibility and access determinations for sensitive information, particularly regarding workplace violence prevention.</li>
<li>Support investigative teams by applying psychological expertise to personnel security risks.</li>
<li>Develop and implement forensic psychology methodologies to identify behavioral indicators of insider threats.</li>

Requirements

<li>Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology or Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) with a clinical and/or forensic background.</li>
<li>Active psychologist license in any of the 50 U.S. states or territories.</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of clinical and/or forensic psychology.</li>
<li>Forensic expertise with direct experience in either threat assessment or counterintelligence support.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of eligibility and access determinations for sensitive information related to workplace violence prevention.</li>
<li>Experience working directly with the DoD population, supporting the military or DoD operations.</li>
<li>Proven ability to collaborate with threat assessment professionals and security specialists.</li>

Preferred Qualifications:
